Zac Landicini | Founder
Zachary Landicini is a lifelong resident of Vineland, New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from Stockton University and a Master of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Rowan University. He prefers spending his time outdoors with his wife and two children riding bikes, hiking, and gardening. In the Fall of 2025, he began speaking out and organizing to answer questions he had regarding large-scale development in his neighborhood. He hopes Sustain SJ will encourage community engagement and awareness in Vineland and greater South Jersey.

Matt Williams | Chair
Matt Williams was raised in Vineland and has proudly lived in every part of the city. He feels a deep connection to every community within it. Matt grew up watching his grandfather active in local politics and saw firsthand how real change only happens when people not just speak up, but are heard by those that are elected. He considers himself a perpetual student, and working with Sustain SJ allows him to apply knowledge from many fields to protect the future of South Jersey for his wife, daughter, and neighbors.

Nichole Gardner | Co-Chair
When Nicki learned about the small grassroots organization that was coming together to fight against the data center, she jumped at the opportunity to join. She’s an avid believer that things shouldn’t have to directly affect you, to have to matter to you. If those in charge aren’t going to keep residents safe and protect city resources from unnecessary development, she wants to be part of the community who will stand up against them. Nicki is a Vineland native and is currently raising her two sons with her husband, David, in Vineland.

Nicole Petronglo | Secretary
Nicole Petronglo is a lifelong resident of Vineland, New Jersey. Her father once advised her to “be the change,” and she took that quite literally. Nicole has dedicated her career to the field of early childhood education, with a focus on inclusive practices, social-emotional development, and the implementation science behind program-wide approaches to supporting young learners. If it takes a village to raise a child, the village needs care too. Nicole became involved with Sustain SJ to help her hometown and the people in it.

Michael Atkinson | Treasurer
Michael Atkinson is a Cumberland County native who, after living in Nashville and Brooklyn, returned home to run his family’s farm in Vineland. Established in 1954, the farm supplies fresh cut flowers to customers nationwide on a year-round basis.

Jenna Williams
Jenna Williams was raised in Millville before moving to Vineland to start and raise her family alongside her husband Matt. Growing up, she was endearingly known as “Miss Rules and Regulations”, and that nickname followed her into adulthood. She believes that rules exist to protect people and their neighbors, and are not to be interpreted at the expense of others. Working with Sustain SJ is her way of protecting the future of her daughter and community.

Michelle Ernst
Artist | Environmentalist
& Unpaid Protestor
Michelle is a South Jersey resident who follows campsite rules and believes corporations should as well.

Larry Garrity Jr.
Larry grew up in Collings Lakes and lived there until 2019 when he moved to Vineland. He has since graduated from Rowan College of South Jersey and is currently a student at Rowan University. Larry has spent his whole life in South Jersey and decided to get involved in his community last summer. He understands bringing awareness to issues online can only do so much. Larry’s passion is unequivocal as he speaks up for the betterment of South Jersey.

Her big three are Sagittarius Sun, Capricorn Moon and Rising.
